Prior to event:
  • Logistical Planning (includes floor plan layout, design, equipment rental)
  • Verify site location has appropriate electrical outlets
  • Venue & Vendor Selection / Coordination
  • Inform vendors of site location, arrival time, and where to set-up
  • Collaborate with client on creative design styles and themes in order to deliver clients' vision
  • Day-of timeline preparation
  • Distribute event itinerary to all vendors
  • Ongoing consultation through conclusion of event
  • Set-up main event areas
  • Establish seating chart once information is received from client
  • Vendor contract review & negotiation
  • Create or assist with design and style of table numbers/place cards, menu cards, and other items

Day of Event:
  • Ensure proper flow of food during cocktail hour
  • Coordinate any food deliveries as well as assist with set-up
  • Day of Coordination (Max. 8 hours)
  • Confirm all vendors have arrived on time.  Instruct where to set-up
  • Ensure vendors have event itinerary
  • Act as a liaison between client and vendors
  • Keep client abreast of last minute details and changes
  • Set-up programs, signage, and any other items at client's request
  • Ensure vendors are set-up properly and tie up any loose ends
  • Make sure lighting and decor are set-up properly and troubleshoot as needed
  • Meet with catering staff to verify food timeline
  • Arrange table numbers/place cards, menu cards, and other items
  • Ensure bathrooms are properly stocked with necessities
  • Confirm dining tables are set-up accordingly
  • Help guests locate their place cards and dining tables
  • Alert catering staff to pour champagne just before toasts
  • Be aware of timing of catering service to ensure everyone is served promptly
  • Manage flow of event to ensure everyone exits property before venue closing time 
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at conclusion of event
  • Pack-up event items to be taken to the designated person(s) car at conclusion of event

Like a fine wine paired with an exquisite dinner and a beautiful atmostphere - that's the best way to describe this package.  We will bring your style and flair to your event with a personalized touch.  You can have as much or as little involvement as you like in the planning process. 


The package includes the services listed above, with exception of some add-ons, and any other reasonable request that would make your event an awesomely wonderful experience.  


*Price varies based on number of guests, location, and amount of assistance required.

*Hourly rate:  $25

Minimum of 5 hours


Simple yet classy.  Designed for the more budget conscious individual who wants the look and feel of a 5-star affair on a smaller budget.  No one will know the difference but you and me.  We will take on as much responsibility as you'd like us to.  With our guidance and assistance, you can have family and friends help with the planning process to keep within your budget.
