  • Collaborate with contact person/staff member on creative design styles and themes in order to deliver clients' vision

  • Distribute event itinerary to all vendors
  • Ongoing consultation through conclusion of event

  • Establish seating chart once information is received from contact person/staff member
  • Vendor contract review & negotiation
  • Resolve unforeseen issues as they arise 
  • Remain accessible throughout the entire event in case there are other details you would like attended to

Day of Event:
  • Ensure proper flow of food during cocktail hour
  • Coordinate any food deliveries as well as assist with set-up
  • Day of Coordination (Max. 8 hours)
  • Confirm all vendors have arrived on time.  Instruct where to set-up
  • Ensure vendors have event itinerary
  • Act as a liaison between company and vendors
  • Keep contact person/staff member abreast of last minute details and changes
  • Set-up programs, signage, and display marketing materials
  • Ensure vendors are set-up properly and tie up any loose ends
  • Make sure lighting and decor are set-up properly and troubleshoot as needed
  • Meet with catering staff to verify food timeline
  • Arrange table numbers/place cards, menu cards, and other items
  • Ensure bathrooms are properly stocked with necessities
  • Confirm dining tables are set-up accordingly
  • Help guests locate their place cards and dining tables
  • Alert catering staff to pour champagne just before toasts
  • Be aware of timing of catering service to ensure everyone is served promptly
  • Manage flow of event to ensure everyone exits property before venue closing time 
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at conclusion of event
  • Pack-up event items to be taken to the designated person(s) car at conclusion of event
  • Analyze the success of the event based on post-event feedback from guests via online survey

Full-Service Planning

Exclusively designed for the company who "thinks outside the box" and wants a different spin on the mundane way of doing things. Appropriate for those major events when you want to WOW your guests.  Have an idea in mind and need an experienced professional to successfully execute it?  We can help!  While working in Corporate America, I've organized many events and I know first hand what gets the staff motivated and keeps your customers happy.  Put my knowledge and experience to work for you.

 

The package includes the services listed above (with exception of some add-ons) and any other reasonable request that would make your event a huge success and the main topic of the day at the water cooler.  

 

*Price varies based on number of guests, location, and amount of assistance required.

*Hourly rate:  $35

Minimum of 5 hours

All In A Day's Work 

Ideal for non-profit organizations and smaller events such as holiday parties, fundraisers, award ceremonies, team-building activities and/or those not requiring full service planning.  You can have as much or as little involvement as you like.  

 

Choose the services you want or need from the list above.  Services not listed can be added as long as they are deemed by the event planner as reasonable requests.
